Portem un ritme de vida molt agitat durant el dia, i quan cau la nit seguim estressats. D\u2019aquesta manera ajudar\u00e0s al teu cos a conciliar la son m\u00e9s r\u00e0pidament, et relaxar\u00e0s i aconseguir\u00e0s alliberar l\u2019estr\u00e8s acumulat durant el dia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Menja alguna cosa lleugera per sopar.<\/strong> \u00c9s important no afartar-se per la nit i sopar unes dues hores abans d\u2019anar a dormir. D\u2019aquesta manera no et sentir\u00e0s tant pesat i t\u2019adormir\u00e0s amb m\u00e9s facilitat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El llit \u00e9s nom\u00e9s per dormir.<\/strong> Evita treballar al llit i fes que la teva habitaci\u00f3 sigui nom\u00e9s un espai de relax i desconnexi\u00f3. Aix\u00ed podr\u00e0s dormir millor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Llegeix o escolta quelcom relaxant o espiritual<\/strong>. Intenta no fer, veure o escoltar all\u00f2 que et pugui provocar tensi\u00f3 o suspens.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Escull el pijama adequat<\/strong>. Tot i que costi creure, \u00e9s molt important estar a gust amb la roba que portes a l\u2019hora de dormir. Escull un pijama amb un teixit agradable, que no et doni massa calor, que tingui uns dibuixets que t\u2019agradin i que sigui d\u2019all\u00f2 m\u00e9s c\u00f2mode. Fes un cop d\u2019ull a la nostra botiga online, de ben segur que hi ha algun pijama esperant-te.<\/li>\n<li><strong>V\u00e9s a dormir aviat<\/strong>. Diuen que entre les 11pm i la 1am \u00e9s quan el cos recarrega energies. Si no has anat a dormir entre aquest per\u00edode de temps segurament t\u2019aixequis cansat al mat\u00ed seg\u00fcent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Crea\u2019t una rutina de descans<\/strong>.
