Donar voltes al llit, enganxar-se als llen\u00e7ols, despertar-se xop&#8230; <strong>dormir a l&#8217;estiu pot ser tot un repte.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 no et preocupis: <strong>hi ha trucs senzills que poden ajudar-te a dormir millor i m\u00e9s fresc<\/strong>, fins i tot en plena onada de calor. \u2600\ufe0f\ud83d\udca4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consells per dormir millor a l&#8217;estiu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed tens algunes recomanacions que m&#8217;han funcionat i que pots provar aquesta mateixa nit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Ventila b\u00e9 la teva habitaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Abans d&#8217;anar a dormir, obre les finestres durant una estona per renovar l&#8217;aire. Si pots, crea corrent obrint portes o finestres oposades. Opta per <strong>teixits frescos com el cot\u00f3 o el lli<\/strong>, que ajuden que la pell respiri i no retenen la calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Evita sopars massa tard o pesats<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Els \u00e0pats copiosos abans de dormir obliguen el teu cos a treballar m\u00e9s durant la digesti\u00f3, cosa que pot <strong>augmentar la teva temperatura corporal.<\/strong> Millor opta per sopars lleugers i frescos, com ara <strong>amanides, fruita o iogurt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
